NH Drinking Water & Wastewater Managers School
The NH Drinking Water & Wastewater Managers School is a well-established program designed to provide students with instruction, skill development and knowledge necessary for managing in today’s complex world of drinking water and wastewater facilities. The training format features instruction from a variety of experts, exercises, and assignments over a nine month period. This extensive classroom experience creates an environment where students can network and create lasting friendships with peers at similar levels in their water utility careers.
The program is open to current managers and supervisors who wish to improve their management skills, and also to drinking water and wastewater operators preparing to become candidates for future management or supervisory positions. The program typically runs one day per month, March through November in odd numbered years. Space in the course is limited so interested candidates and their supervisors should review the program notice and applications below, and submit completed applications if interested in being considered for the program. The notice and applications include more information about the course, along with timeframes and deadlines.
Scholarships may be available through the NH Water Pollution Control Association (NHWPCA) and/or the NH Water Works Association (NHWWA). Email NHWWA, [email protected] for more information or see below to apply for NHWPCA's scholarship opportunity.
