The First Director for 2010 is David Lovely

The duties of the first director include:

• Serves the lead role in organizing the NHWPCA winter meeting in December
• Serve a support role as assigned by the Vice President, in organizing details for the Annual Association Trade Fair
• Designate ex-officio member of the Education and Safety Committees and reports events and activities to the Board of Directors
• May serve in any function or capacity at the behest of the President

David works at the City of Rochester Wastewater Treatment  Plant as an Operator. He holds licenses in Wastewater, Water, Collection Systems, Distributions, Laboratory and Maintenance. He has participated as a team member and supports the Operations Challenge Team. David enjoys hiking and coaching basketball.
